COST Meeting
A COST Meeting on Random Network Coding and Designs over GF(q) - IC1104 - is going to be held in the Castle of Palmela on 17-19 September 2014. More information can be found in /cost-meeting.html.
Participants of the 4ICMCTA are very welcome to attend Cost Meeting too - just mention it in the Registration Form.
Accommodation and Shuttle Service
Besides the hotel inside the castle (Pousada de Palmela) other hotels are available in the near city of Setúbal. Some of them, which are listed in the Accomodation Section, provided special prices for the conference or meeting participants.
Free transportation between Setúbal and the Castle of Palmela will be provided in the morning and in the afternoon. If you are interested, please choose one of the pick-up points (which are the hotels shown in the Accomodation Section) in the registration form.

Refunding Policy
Written cancellations received before 15 August, 2014, will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administrative fee of 100 €.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
