PAPER SUBMISSION
Submitted papers (between 4 and 7 pages) will undergo a peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings which will be printed in the CIM-MS Series by Springer-Verlag. Authors of accepted papers are also invited to submit an extended version of their papers to be published in a special issue of Advances of Mathematics in Communications. These papers will be subject to a new reviewing process. Further details can be found here. Initial submission The deadline for submitting contributed papers in PDF format is May 18, 2014 (extended). All papers must be submitted through the Easychair conference management system. Authors should prepare their papers using the conference LaTeX document class icmcta4.cls (based on the Springer-Verlag svmult class for multi authored books). An example file icmcta4_example.tex with some basic instructions is provided in the zip archive icmcta4.zip. Authors are also encouraged to format bibliographic references using the reference management system BibTex together with the icmcta4.bst style. The BibTeX database may be included in the source LaTeX file, as shown in the example file. In any case, a table showing the accepted formats for references is provided in the archive icmcta4.zip, together with more detailed instructions about the standard LaTeX commands of the Springer-Verlag svmult class. Final submission The notification of acceptance/rejection will be communicated by July 4, 2014. The deadline for submitting the final version is July 20, 2014. One of the authors must be registered before submitting the paper. Further instructions for the authors shall be given in the acceptance letter. |
